On April 1st Young and Talented will be taking part in The National Theatre’s Connection Festival at The Soho Theatre in the heart of the west end.

Our Y&T Acting Company have had many weeks of play, discussion and exploration developing our production of Zero For The Young Dudes! This culminated with two performances at The Broadway Theatre’s studio that were a success. Well done everyone!

Connections is the National Theatre’s nationwide youth theatre festival. Each year it offers a unique opportunity for youth theatres and school theatre groups to stage new plays written for young people by some of theatre’s most exciting playwrights, and to perform in leading theatres across the UK.

This is Young and Talented’s first time taking part and we cannot wait to tread the boards at one of our favourite London venues, The Soho Theatre. Soho Theatre

Directed by JMK Award Winner Roy Alexander Weise and Designed by Charlie Cridlan, Zero for The Young Dudes! will shock, captivate and enthrall the audience.

Observe their schedule of exercise, lessons and meals, a long history of unrest and injustice lies hidden, and as the day wears on, a violent future looms large on the horizon.
